If Dave had not taken up the case on the members behalf, they would not have received anything. The ACC Guys recently completed a review of our ACC levies. This followed their commitment that they are able to reduce an employer’s ACC by 25% on average. Although I wasn’t sure they would get the results I am pleased to confirm they reduced our levies by 47%. This included getting credits back to 1 April 2011. We are now confident that we are on the correct codes moving forward.
